Hello from Doc Campbell's at Gila Hot Springs. Had a great soak last night and this morning. We cowboy camped by the river and now get a little ice cream & WiFi before hiking to another hot spring!
184 mi. over 10 days ain't bad, still haven't taken zero but expect to in Pie Town, which is ~130 mi./six days.
Enjoy the pics and somebody quaff a pint for me.

Sounds like things are going well! The Gila's sick, awesome canyons, but the grassy plateaus make me think of the savanna.
